Words of Advice

Obviously, you’re in a tight spot.  You didn’t kill your husband, but the Inspector is most certainly going to think you did.  Not only did you hate your husband, but the weapon you had planned to use to kill him – a lead pipe – is in your bedroom.  It’s going to be pretty tough to explain that if the Inspector finds it.

Your best bet is to say nothing for as long as possible.  You have already sent a note to Colonel Mustard ordering him to do the same.  Avoid him if possible, because your affair will only add to the Inspector’s suspicions.  And just in case you’ve been investigated, you’d better think of some reasonable explanation for why you had that length of pipe under your bed.
