You are not the murderer, although you were planning to kill your husband.
He had learned of your affair with Colonel Mustard and threatened to reveal
your seedy history as revenge. You would gladly give the police your
alibi – that you were in bed with Mustard all night – but that would add
to their belief in your motive, and besides, he might deny it to hide the
affair from his wife.
