Madam Rose
Madam Rose is a psychic who built her reputation on helping Queen Victoria
communicate with Prince Albert, her beloved dead husband. Her intuitions
are correct an astonishing percentage of the time, so that even skeptics
are intimidated by her. However, she is not allowed to use her psychic
powers in the case until the Inspector is convinced of her own innocence.
